Do you ship internationally?

Our website is only set up to handle the United States. If you are located in any other country and want to place an order, please contact us for assistance.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days of the date of invoice. Returns must be in original condition and original packaging. Upon receipt of returned products in good condition, we will issue a refund for the original price excluding shipping. Contact us to obtain the return shipping address and notify us in advance of your desire to return your product(s).

Is my mug dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! We recommend only placing our mugs in the top dishwasher rack and not microwaving empty.

What is the Stately Ceramics warranty?

We will replace free of charge any item found to be defective or missing upon receipt of your order. Free replacement does not apply to accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Ceramic products are susceptible to chipping and cracking if not handled properly.

Does Stately Ceramics have any wholesale options?

Yes! We work with small boutiques and other retailers who wish to carry the Stately Ceramics product line. Contact us through info@statelyceramics.com or our website form to discuss wholesale options and pricing.

I’ve stared at the pictures of the Stately Arkansas Mug for a long time, and I don’t see the shape of Arkansas. I just think this mug looks like a tornado.

You are certainly entitled to that opinion. However if this opinion causes anxiety, we suggest the following exercise:

  1. Printing the main product image
  2. Place a blank piece of thin paper on top of the printed image
  3. Using a pen, trace around the shape of the mug, excluding the handle
